Excellent lawyer and and an excellent staff. I was involved, with what to my mind was an incredibly complex and... overwhelming vehicle accident and insurance matter (3 different types of insurance involved - I was confused and hurting). Ms. Schwichtenberg took my case and took the time to break it down and explain it to me in a way that was clear and concise - she is better at explaining insurance than most in the insurance industry. Her staff was quite knowledgeable as well, and I was impressed by their professionalism and individual attention. The entire office was responsive, and walked me through a few things that popped up in the middle of the process that gave me quite a bit of anxiety - they relieved that anxiety. Importantly, she got me results, and a settlement that was more than satisfactory. Most importantly, however, was the absolute relief of having someone take the burden of dealing with multiple insurance companies off of me and onto them. This alone would warrant a five star rating, but combined with the actual, tangible results spoken of above, it warrants five stars and more. Please, if you are ever injured in an automobile accident or involved in any other personal injury matter, don't just sign whatever the insurance company puts in front of you - give Ms. Schwichtenberg a call and get a consult - I am thankful that I did. I highly, and without reservation, recommend this law office.read more
