Choosing the right lawyer is one of the most difficult, and important, decisions you will ever make. No one anticipates being injured. Each case is handled personally by attorney Linda Schwichtenberg, and you can rest assured you will not be handed off to another junior attorney (as is often the case with larger firms).  

  • You’ll first be in touch with Justin Cole, and he will help you schedule a consult with me here in our downtown Orlando office, or over the phone or Zoom if you prefer.

  • Consultations are approximately an hour. During this time you’ll discuss your case with attorney Schwichtenberg and she will answer any questions you have.

  • After your consultation, if attorney Schwichtenberg determines she can represent you, you can choose to engage our firm to handle your matter if you wish.

    Justin will work with you to collect the forms we need, and documentation to support your case.

  • Every case is different. We will keep you updated as your matter proceeds through negotiation and/or trial.

    Many cases settle out of court, or settle after a lawsuit is filed but before trial. Since no attorney ever knows in advance whether a case will settle out of court, or go to trial, our goal is to prepare each case as if it were going to trial. We would rather know more about a case, and have information that may be unnecessary, than to be missing a crucial piece of information.

    My clients receive copies of all letters leaving our office, and letters advising of the status of their claim. Attorney Schwichtenberg returns client’s phone calls promptly, and answers questions until our clients are satisfied that they understand this confusing process.

  • At this stage, if we have been able to obtain a settlement, claims are paid out.
